LWTech's Culinary and Baking programs are proud to present their seasonal Wine Dinner Series for 2016! Held once per quarter, these dinners not only showcase our students' skills, but also feature wines from some of the best wineries in the Pacific Northwest. The dinners are held in LWTech's Chef City Grill with each course prepared by students in the Culinary and Baking Arts programs.

Our 2016 Spring Wine Dinner features four delicious courses and dessert all prepared by our Instructor Chefs and Students with specially selected wines from nationally awarded: Watermill Winery - our first partner winery from Washington State's renowned Walla Walla A.V.A.! Our Wine Dinner Series is a collaborative effort between: the LWTech Foundation and the Culinary and Baking Programs. Proceeds from this event are used to support student scholarships, participation in educational competitions such as the Culinary Knowledge Bowl, opportunities to study abroad and program development.

Theme: "Spring and Summer Bounty"

Cost: $95/person
Note that $70 of the $95 is a tax-deductible expense.

Featured Winery:
Watermill Winery from Milton-Freewater, OR., a San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition Gold Medal Awarded Winery in 2015!  
There will also be a special guest: Watermill's National Sales Representative Eric Brown, to present his wines and answer questions!
